This waterfall is called “Tsugi no taki”. “Tsugi” means “next ” in Japanese. This waterfall is the second tallest waterfall in Wakayama prefecture next to the famous waterfall, Nachi-no-Otaki in Kumano. The drop is 46 meters high. The naming is very simple, but the waterfall with splashes around in a quiet gorge is magnificent. It’s a must-see!
